Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

My Approach

Life can be more challenging than we expect and finding clarity can be lonely than we anticipate. That is why it is my honor to walk alongside you in finding insight and hope.

I help students and young adults wrestling with the anxiety that comes with life transitions. I support working professionals in managing stress and burnout. I provide a space for women to explore their worries and develop healthier relationships. As a multi-ethnic woman, I understand the tension of balancing one's identity and needs with their roles and responsibilities. I also value incorporating one's faith into exploring inner-conflicts and find self-compassion.

While I use techniques from different therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of each client, I enjoy working from a psychodynamic approach to help clients understand the root of their issues and how they affect present experiences. I also use motivational interviewing to help clients pin point goals for therapy, and CBT techniques to integrate change.

As a therapist, I recognize the risks it takes to be truly open and honest with yourself and your experiences. Coming to therapy may feel intimidating, but it can be the vital and transformative step you need to create meaningful change in your life. I am honored to walk alongside you and look forward to partnering with you.
