My Approach

When life becomes more challenging than we anticipate, finding support shouldn't feel like a dating task. That's why I'm here to join you in finding direction and hope.

I help students and young adults wrestling with the anxiety that comes with life transitions. I support working professionals in managing stress and burnout. I provide a space for women to explore their worries and develop healthier relationships. As a multi-ethnic woman, I understand the tension of balancing one's identity and needs with their roles and responsibilities. I also value incorporating one's faith into exploring inner-conflicts and find self-compassion.

While I use techniques from different therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of each client, I enjoy using Attachment Work and Internal Family Systems techniques to help clients understand the root of their issues and how they affect present experiences. I also use motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral techniques to help clients pin point goals for therapy and integrate the change.

As a therapist, I recognize how nerve-racking it is to talk about experiences that keep us disconnected from ourselves and others. While coming to therapy may be intimidating, I believe that with the right support, anyone can learn how to release themselves from the mental burdens they carry and thrive in the new-found freedom of living life authentically.
