Licensed Therapists
An outstanding opportunity is now offered by RIZE Individual and Family Counseling Center. We have openings for Licensed psychotherapist(s) interested in supporting clients with anxiety/depression; relationship issues; neurodiversity; work or school stress; grief; and life challenges.
LMFT can earn up to $87,000 per year in a fantastic culture with continued training, mentorships, support staff and referrals.
Personal Benefits:

Associate Therapists

Clients we serve have needs for anxiety/depression; relationship issues; neurodiversity; work or school stress; grief; and life challenges.

Clinical Supervisor
Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for mentorship and high-quality care? Join our supportive team as a Clinical Supervisor and help guide the next generation of therapists while making a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.
Position Highlights:
$75 per hour, flexible schedule
Provide individual and group supervision to trainees and associates
Support clinicians in case consultation, treatment planning, and professional development
Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on evidence-based care
Requirements:
- Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California
- Experience supervising clinical trainees or associates
- Strong understanding of mental health modalities and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
