I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, supervised by Laurie Wilson, LMFT. I bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity to my work with clients. I enjoy working with teens, individuals, and couples, and am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and heard. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood, and I strive to build a space that encourages openness, self-reflection, and growth. I work alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing and greater well-being.
